School for Differently Abled: CHMRI

CHMRI School for the Differently Abled was established in 2021 with an initial enrollment of 41 students, registered under the Social Justice Department Government of Kerala. Our institution prioritizes a holistic education, emphasizing academics and co-curricular activities such as dance, sports, and music. Vocational training programs include phenol making, computer operations, liquid soap making, and hand wash production. We also implement Activities of Daily Living (ADL) training to promote independence. Our facilities include 7 classrooms, 13 teachers, 2 caretakers Group teaching and individualized education programs, and free therapy sessions for students We have a consistent annual enrollment of 7-8 students. School hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. At CHMRI School, we strive to provide a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters the growth and development of our students.
