CHMRI Child Development Centre, a government-approved organization, was established in 2022 with a compassionate mission to nurture the overall well-being of children, addressing their physical, mental, and social needs. Our multidisciplinary team of experts provides personalized care through Occupational Therapy (OT), Behavior Therapy (BT), Individualized Education Programs (IEP), Physiotherapy, and Speech- Language Pathology (SLP), catering to children afflicted with Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Genetic Disorders, and Behavioral Disorders. We understand that every child deserves equal access to quality care, regardless of their financial background. Therefore, we offer our services at affordable rates, with free services for economically disadvantaged patients. Witnessing the smiles of over 50 children who receive our services daily, motivates us to continue providing holistic care, empowering them to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential. Free and Subsidized Medical Store

CH center free medicine distribution center offer medications to needy patients with valid doctor prescription. Free medicine is just one solution to better health care in Kerala. The program was launched in the early 2010, where a lot of patients were found running around with their prescriptions. The top priority of this program is to protect people's health status and to provide medicines free of charge to all the poor patients who don't have sufficient access to essential medicines. Patients are qualified for the free medicine program, provided they show their proof of indecency. CH Centre is now running two medical stores one for free supply of medicines and the other for the normal public, with concession up to 10% on medicines.

School for Differently Abled: CHMRI

CHMRI School for the Differently Abled was established in 2021 with an initial enrollment of 41 students, registered under the Social Justice Department Government of Kerala. Our institution prioritizes a holistic education, emphasizing academics and co-curricular activities such as dance, sports, and music. Vocational training programs include phenol making, computer operations, liquid soap making, and hand wash production. We also implement Activities of Daily Living (ADL) training to promote independence. Our facilities include 7 classrooms, 13 teachers, 2 caretakers Group teaching and individualized education programs, and free therapy sessions for students We have a consistent annual enrollment of 7-8 students. School hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. At CHMRI School, we strive to provide a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters the growth and development of our students.

Burial ceremony

Our organization has been selflessly conducting dignified burial ceremonies since 2000, collecting unclaimed bodies from Medical College, Pariyaram, with utmost respect and care, and performing the last rites according to the deceased's religious faith, thereby upholding the principles of equality and humanity by rising above caste discrimination, all thanks to the tireless efforts of our dedicated team of volunteers.

Free Dialysis Service

CH Mohammed Koya Memorial Charitable Centre was formed in 2012 dedicated to provide dialysis treatments to the needy. The center was inaugurated by panakkad Hyderali Shihab Thagal in the presence of distinguished guests. The dialysis center, located nearby the Pariyaram medical college hospital at Embate. Provides a warm, caring and professional environment for individuals undergoing dialysis due to chronic kidney disease. The center is equipped with 27 dialysis machines with sufficient man power. Our dialysis center is unique because we provide dialysis services free of cost and we ensure that no patient will be deprived of treatment. We employ over 25 full and part time staffs for creating a future worth living for our patients. Our ability to provide outstanding patient outcomes is due to our totally integrated approach and the quality and professionalism of our nursing staffs. As a result our patients can be assured that they will experience excellence in care every time they visit our dialysis center. The center has currently 27 beds and is being used in two shifts-7.30 AM, to 5.30 PM. Each sitting take a minimum of four hours will cover 57 patients in a day CH dialysis Center needs support from the society to continue with our vision and mission. Ambulance Services

The center operations 5 ambulances providing free service for the needy and impoverished with ICU ambulance service available for 24/7 at faire rates.CH center has initiated the facility of ambulance services to take the hospital closer to people's home in and around the city. The ambulance Service provider's emergency medical assistance, treatment, and support, non- urgent patient transport and high quality patient care to the people in need. We are committed to saving lives, reducing suffering and enhancing the quality of life, through the provision of accessible and responsive quality patient care. Our ambulance service provides patients with quicker diagnosis and treatment. The ambulance vans render 24 hours service and are made available at low fares.

Free Meal

CH Centre's mission is to help those in need and work towards their sustainable future, and we humbly request your support in this noble cause. We provide free food to patients and their escorts at Pariyaram Medical College Hospital, benefiting 500-600 individuals daily, ensuring that no one goes hungry. During Ramadan, we arrange special "Ifthar and Athazam" for 2000 people daily, and on Eid, we provide special lunch for 6000 individuals annually.
